"I did a web search on "platonic friendships" and this site was in the search engine. I ended up meeting my best friend on here! We've been friends for almost a decade now! We are very close, almost like sisters! I couldn't have asked for someone better in my life than her. I've come back here from time to time, but I've realized that a lot of the profiles are dead profiles because no one logs in anymore. Which is why I'm going to delete my account. One life-long friend I've made here, and she is the best thing that has happened to me on here since I joined. I joined on here during a really rough patch in life, was not expecting anything to come of it. But we had both been on here at the right time, we were brought together for a reason. I couldn't have imagined that I'd meet someone who is exactly the same as me, but so drastically different from me. I couldn't imagine my life without my best friend/sister in it."

"I love GFS!! The website is super user friendly, you can search for ladies in your area with similar interests and you can even chat with them online. I have been a member for over a year and a half and now have a group of ladies from GFS that I hang out with all the time. Even our husbands hang out together. There are no risks and you can move at your own pace…it was the best decision I made. Who has time to make friends when your career, kids, school and life keeps getting in the way.
